ESPs attend the IEA Representative Assembly (RA) and delegate reception

About 200 ESP delegates attended the IEA Representative Assembly at the Sheraton Grand Chicago, Apr. 6-10. ESP council members reached out to each ESP delegate and gave them a small token of appreciation. On Friday evening, a reception was held for all ESP delegates at Lizzie McNeill’s pub. More than 100 members attended the social event and took advantage of the opportunity to network with other ESP colleagues from across the state. To top off the evening, IEA officers, managers, staff and several IEA candidates running for office stopped by to greet the ESP members.

Lyons Township history teacher supports ESP members at the RA

Our friend and union brother Keith Bailey, history teacher from Lyons Township High School, was inspired to make a cash donation to support our ESP colleagues throughout the state. We are inspired by him!
