2017 NEA ESP Organizing Conference
Mar. 10–12 | Hyatt Regency Dallas Information
Deadline to request funding is Jan. 26.
How ESPs make a difference
During American Education Week, NEA celebrated National ESP Day and the ESP careers that are essential to student success with the release of a new video, ESPs: Meeting the needs of the whole student. Through the eyes of Sofi, a middle school student, the video shows how ESPs make a difference both in and out of the classroom.
Do you know a social justice hero or an outstanding educational support professional?
ESP members interested in being appointed to fill two vacancies on the council should submit a brief statement of interest and bio to Kathy Jesuit, ESP council chair. Deadline is Jan. 2.
NEA will be randomly selecting Education Support Professional (ESP) members to participate in a national online survey to help better understand the professional support needs of ESPs, as well as their feelings toward the association. If you receive an email invitation, we encourage you to complete the survey. Results will be shared in early 2017.
