The 2014 National Education Association Annual Meeting and Representative Assembly will be in Denver, CO at the Denver Convention Center. Illinois elected state delegates will be participating in the RA along with 8,000 delegates from across our great country to shape NEA’s future.
The first caucus of the IEA delegation will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver, 650 15th Street, Denver, CO 80202 at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Caucus meetings begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. on July 2 and each morning thereafter. These meetings are where delegates discuss and set positions on vital issues affecting us all. The first NEA RA business session will be held on Thursday, July 3. The final session is expected to adjourn no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2014.
